Capital Assessment Fee
The District does not charge a capital assessment fees or capital deposit on any homes sold within Second Creek Farm Metropolitan District No 2.
STATUS LETTER
The District DOES NOT provide status letters to title companies. All status letter requests should be directed to the Second Creek Farm Homeowners Association, Inc.
TRANSFER FEE
The District DOES NOT charge a transfer fee on any home sales occurring within the District. However, title companies should check with the Second Creek Farm Homeowners Association, Inc to see if the HOA charges any transfer fees on home sales.
